The HOA does an amazing job of keeping the property well groomed and maintained. That being said, they do have to perform maintenance on the community complex from time to time. I cannot provide any discounts or refunds if their maintenance schedule provides inconveniences. Please be advised, that once or twice a year they do shut the pool down for maintenance and during winter months. Anything in my control I will definitely help, or rectify if something is missed. However I will not provide discounts for items out of my control. You are agreeing any Negative reviews placed based on these out of control amenities being out of order will be authorized by Airbnb review removal. This is a pet allergen free environment. No pets allowed, disregarding this policy comes with a $300 HOA pet fee, extra cleaning fee, & any loss of income from canceled bookings due to restoration back to an allergen free environment.
